Instructions
Mint Sauce
  1. Throw all ingredients into your blender / food processor. Blitz until smooth. Rest for 1hr before use. Put remained in a sealed jar and store in fridge
Burgers
  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and kneed together ensuring mint sauce is fully distributed throughout ground lamb
  2. Form into patties. Typically I can make 8 patties
  3. In shallow non stick plan - cook 3-4 minutes per side for Medium Burgers - do not add additional fat, as ground lamb has its own, which render really nicely
  4. Serve in a Lettuce Wrap
